Your mission
As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you are responsible for building one of our core applications together with a small, focused team.
You drive and maintain the architecture and codebase in coordination with our Lead Architect, writing production-ready code, unit tests, and API tests, all based on industry best practices. As the senior member of the team, you lead by example, conduct code reviews, help others grow their coding skills, and manage technical debt.
In close collaboration with Product Management and the UX team, you participate in feature discovery and plan sprints to iteratively deliver the application. By taking on the Scrum Master role, you support our development rhythm and help the team stay focused.

Your profile
You are passionate about startups on the verge of becoming scaleups. With a strong sense of ownership, you understand what it means to take responsibility for delivering production-ready architecture and code.
You bring the following skills to our team:
- Strong team player
- Excellent conceptualization and communication skills
- Thoroughness
- Fluency in English and German
You are very experienced in:- Laravel/PHP, Vue/Typescript, and Postgres
- Building APIs and services
- Web application best practices
- Designing resilient applications
- Writing clean, maintainable code
- Agile development processes
Nice to have:- Experience with Elasticsearch
- Background in procurement
- Familiarity with data processing tools
Please note:- While we are a remote first company, being located closely to Frankfurt am Main or Munich is preferred.
