Responsibilities
- Process Optimization & Automation: Identify inefficiencies across business and commercial processes, implement AI-driven automation solutions, and continuously optimize workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
- AI & Tech Integration: Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to enhance operational performance, reduce manual work, and create data-driven decision-making processes.
- Data & Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights and ensure business decisions are based on accurate, real-time data.
- CRM & System Management: Oversee and optimize CRM (HubSpot) and other operational systems to ensure seamless integration, data consistency, and high adoption across teams.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align goals, streamline processes, and drive revenue growth.
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess workflows, identify potential automation opportunities, and implement scalable solutions that enhance performance across all business areas.
- Training & Enablement: Provide training and support to teams on new automation tools, best practices, and data-driven decision-making to foster a culture of operational excellence.
