Your mission
- HubSpot Marketing Management: Manage and optimize all marketing activities within HubSpot, including email campaigns, workflows, lead scoring, and CRM integration. Use HubSpot's full suite of tools to drive growth and improve customer acquisition.
- Campaign Execution & Optimization: Plan, execute, and analyze digital marketing campaigns in German and English across multiple channels (email, social media, paid ads, content). Continuously optimize campaigns based on data and performance metrics to drive conversions and growth.
- Lead Generation & Nurturing: Use HubSpot to develop and manage lead generation strategies, create targeted campaigns to nurture leads, and move prospects through the marketing funnel.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with colleauges to develop and localize marketing materials, including landing pages, email content, and ads, for both German- and English-speaking audiences.
- SEO & SEM: Support search engine optimization (SEO) efforts and collaborate on paid search campaigns (SEM) to increase visibility, drive traffic, and improve performance for SaaS solutions.
- Social Media & Content Strategy: Assist in developing and executing a content marketing strategy for social media and blogs, ensuring that content aligns with the broader growth strategy and resonates with the target audience.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics through HubSpot and other analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.). Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, customer engagement, and conversion rates.
- Marketing Automation: Use HubSpot's automation tools to create smart workflows, trigger personalized emails, and improve the efficiency of the marketing process.
- Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to ensure leads are well-qualified and handed over effectively. Ensure smooth alignment between marketing and sales in the lead-handling process.
