Partner Manager

Your mission
  • Support European Partner Relationships: Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and managing partners in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and other European markets. Maintain open lines of communication and provide day-to-day support.
  • Partner Enablement: Collaborate with internal teams to create German- and English-language sales and training materials for partners. Help ensure that all resources are localized to meet the needs of partners in both language regions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Assist in tracking partner activities using CRM tools, providing regular performance reports, insights, and feedback to senior management. 
  • Support Partner Marketing Activities: Help coordinate and implement joint marketing initiatives, webinars. 
  • Resolve Partner Issues: Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries. Quickly address issues or escalate to senior management when necessary.
  • Contract and Compliance Support: Assist with the administration of partner contracts, renewals, and ensure compliance with European business regulations, including GDPR. Provide support for German-language contracts and partner agreements.
Your profile
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field is preferred but not required based on experience.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in partner management, sales, or business development, ideally within the SaaS industry or a tech-related field. Familiarity with the European market, with particular focus on the DACH region.
  • LanguagesFluency in German and English is essential (both written and spoken). Other European languages (e.g., French, Spanish) are a plus but not required.
  • Skills:
    • Basic knowledge of SaaS business models and partner ecosystems.
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to develop localized content and campaigns in German and English.
    • Experience with the Hubspot CRM system is a plus.
    • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
