Your mission
As a Sales Manager (m/f/d) at Matchory, you will play a key role in accelerating our growth in the B2B SaaS space and helping companies worldwide revolutionize their procurement processes. Matchory provides a cutting-edge supplier intelligence platform used by leading organizations across all industries.
In this role, you will expand our global customer base, identify new business opportunities, and build long-term partnerships with procurement and supply chain professionals. You’ll join a driven team of four sales professionals to refine our go-to-market strategy and deliver real value to our clients.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership in a high-impact role and shape how Matchory grows within the rapidly evolving procurement technology landscape. Excellent communication skills in German are required, and procurement experience is a big plus. This position is located in Munich, Germany.

- Acquiring and advising new customers for our B2B SaaS solution
- Independently managing the entire sales cycle - from lead to close
- Presenting, negotiating, managing and closing contracts at decision-maker level
- Maintaining leads and deals in the CRM system (HubSpot)
- Close collaboration with marketing, product, and customer success
- Active contribution to shaping the sales strategy
