Your mission
As a Sales Manager at Matchory with focus on supply chain management (f/m/d), you will play a key role in accelerating our growth in the B2B SaaS sector and helping companies worldwide revolutionize their procurement processes. Matchory offers a state-of-the-art supplier information platform that is used by leading companies across all industries.
In this position, you will expand our global customer base, identify new business opportunities, and build long-term partnerships with procurement and supply chain management professionals. Excellent communication skills in German are essential to succeed in this role. Experience in procurement is a big plus.
You are part of a motivated team of four sales colleagues based in Munich and report to our Team Lead Sales.

- You will take ownership of the entire customer sales lifecycle—from initial contact to renewals—as well as proactively identifying expansion and upselling opportunities.
- You will receive first-class support from our Marketing and Customer Success Department.
- You are responsible for acquiring and advising new customers
- You present, negotiate, and bring deals to a successful closing at decision-maker level
- You maintain all deals and leads in our CRM system (HubSpot)
- You successfully represent the company at trade fairs/events, with customers, and with prospects
- You are jointly responsible for the further development of the Matchory sales strategy
