Your mission
We are looking for a driven and relationship-oriented Partnership Manager to develop and manage strategic partnerships across Europe, with a strong focus on the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
You will play a key role in expanding our reach through high-value partner ecosystems, including consultancies, ERP providers, technology platforms, and procurement associations.This is a highly collaborative role that bridges business development, marketing, and customer success, ensuring our partners thrive and grow with us.

- European Partner Support: Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and managing partnerships across Europe, with a strong emphasis on the DACH region.
- Enablement & Localization: Create localized sales and training materials in German and English. Ensure resources are relevant, effective, and accessible.
- Marketing Collaboration: Support joint marketing efforts, from co-branded content to event planning.
- CRM & Performance Tracking: Monitor partner activity and performance through tools like Hubspot. Share regular reports and recommendations with leadership.
- Partner Success: Be the go-to point of contact for partner queries. Solve problems proactively or escalate efficiently when needed.
- Compliance & Admin: Support contract creation, renewal tracking, and compliance with European regulations (e.g., GDPR). Help localize contracts in German.
Strategic Partnership Development
- Identify, approach, and secure strategic partners across target verticals and markets.
- Negotiate and close mutually beneficial agreements that drive value and growth.
- Maintain and deepen long-term relationships with existing partners to maximize engagement and retention.
Driving Partner-Led Growth
- Define and execute a scalable, repeatable partner strategy focused on market expansion.
- Co-develop marketing and sales initiatives with partners to generate qualified pipeline opportunities.
- Enable partners to effectively position and promote Matchory's solution through tailored support and training.
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to integrate partners into the broader GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy.
- Support the development of partner enablement content including pitch decks, battle cards, webinars, and training guides in both German and English.
- Coordinate partner-driven campaigns and events, including webinars and joint promotions.
Measurability and Optimization
- Track and report partner activity, success metrics, and ROI using CRM and analytics tools.
- Define KPIs to measure the performance and health of partnerships.
- Continuously optimize strategies based on data-driven insights and feedback.
